Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 January 2026

This policy explains, in plain English, what personal information Pullinger Landscapes Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

Who is responsible for your data

Pullinger Landscapes Limited is the data controller for the information described here. If you have any questions about your data, contact us using the details below:

  • Data controller: Pullinger Landscapes Limited
  • Company number: 10803782
  • Registered office: 4 Briardale, Ware, England, SG12 0XE
  • Contact for data queries: info@pullingerlandscapes.co.uk

What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and do the work:

  • Contact form. When you request a quote, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, postcode, which services you are interested in, and anything you tell us about your project (including any photos you choose to upload).
  • Booking a call. If you book a discovery call, our booking provider collects your name, email address and, if you add it, your phone number.
  • Analytics. We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to see which pages are visited and where visitors come from. This does not collect information that identifies you personally.

Why we collect it

We use your contact details and project information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange a visit and, if you go ahead, to carry out and manage the work. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are your consent when you submit the form or book a call, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running the business. Where you become a client, we also process your data to perform our contract with you and to meet our legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records.

We do not use your details for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. Our analytics (Vercel Analytics) is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies to track you across websites or to identify you personally. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We only share it with the service providers we rely on to run the site, and only so they can provide their service to us:

  • Resend delivers the email that your enquiry generates. Your enquiry is processed in the EU region.
  • Calendly handles call bookings and holds the details you enter when you book.
  • Vercel hosts the website and provides the privacy-friendly analytics described above.

We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to work, we keep it for up to 12 months in case you get in touch again, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as we are working together and for up to six years afterwards, so we can honour guarantees and meet tax and accounting requirements. Booking and analytics data are kept according to our providers’ own retention periods.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you (access);
  • have inaccurate data corrected (correction);
  • ask us to delete your data where there is no reason for us to keep it (deletion);
  • receive your data in a portable format, or ask us to transfer it (portability);
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your data.

To exercise any of these, email info@pullingerlandscapes.co.uk. We will respond within one month.

Making a complaint

We would always rather you came to us first, so please get in touch if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK regulator for data protection, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
